what about supplements are they ok or rawfood is the only right option?

  5. poshdelux says:

@iortas supplements are isolated nutrients separated from other nutrients they are combined with in nature, nutrients that help each other to be absorbable . supplements , each serving of multivitamin is 3% absorbed , thats pointless . Eat fruits and vegetables if high quantities, n u will b beautiful and thrive !

We aren’t behind the times, we’re just after the money. The food is addictive and the companies know that. There’s a reason why scientist will denounce such food and promote more healthy foods. Who do you think do studies showing food X can fight food Y?
